He is also the co-owner of the cafe/restaurant Building on Bond, in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn and Bar Robert, a New York State focused craft-cocktail bar. Jared began his restaurant career in Philadelphia under the tutelage of Chef Georges Perrier of Le Bec Fin. From there he moved to New York where he enjoyed a successful career with some of the city’s most esteemed operators, moving from the general management track into senior leadership roles. Jared received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Masters from NYU’s Tisch Center for Hospitality and Tourism. He is a frequent guest-lecturer at the Institute of Culinary Education and New York University, and was a recent panelist at the International Restaurant Show where he spoke on the impact of technology on the restaurant supply chain.

During his fifteen-year career in the food and beverage industry, Nic has held management and leadership positions at some of the most esteemed beverage operations in both New York City and Paris. As Head Bartender of the Standard Hotel, he led a team of 25 across three venues. As Bar Director of Eataly NYC Downtown, Nic was a part of the launch team tasked with bar layout and organization, as well as creative direction for Osteria De La Pace, the venue’s flagship restaurant. In Paris, Nic honed his craft and technical bartending skills as a part of the Experimental Group’s famed Prescription Cocktail Club, Ballroom, and Grand Pigalle Hotel. Nicolas holds a Bachelors Degree from Flagler College and also a Level 1 Certificate from the American Sommelier Association and a Diploma in Accounting from New York University.

Before joining Bureau, Phil was the Founder and CEO of Hecho Inc., where he was responsible for the successful design and construction of over 150 bars and restaurants in New York City. A seasoned food and beverage operator in his own right, prior to Hecho, Phil built, owned, and operated The Lizard Lounge (1994-present) and The Bottle Shop (1998-present) in Paris, France, Suba Restaurant (2001-2008) in NYC’s Lower East Side, and Building on Bond (2008-present) and Bar Robert (2015-present) in Brooklyn. He is a graduate of Cerritos College and is a licensed general contractor in New York City.

Prior to joining the firm she was the Food and Beverage Controller for the Nomad Hotel, a position she earned after beginning as a Staff Accountant. Prior to that Anne served in a number of roles in the NYC restaurant scene, most notably at Bouley Restaurant. A native of France, she began her career in Sales and Business Development in Paris after earning her Bachelors, Masters and Post Master’s Degrees from the University of Brittany.
